Getting Comfortable And Breath:

Just close your eyes and take a deep breath in, feel the air entering your lungs, making you feel more energized. Then breathe out slowly, letting go of all stress and pay attention to your breath. Sometimes thoughts might pop into your head. That’s okay. Just notice them and let them go without getting caught up in them.
